Delivery and Collects

We offer the following delivery methods for your convenience:

   • This is our regular delivery option.

   • Orders placed with standard delivery will be delivered during the off-peak traffic time, which is usually between 10 am and 4 pm.

   • Delivery charges may apply based on the delivery location.

2. Same-Day Delivery:

   • We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for special occasions.

   • With our same-day delivery service, you can place an order and have it delivered on the same day.

   • Please note that same-day delivery may have specific order cut-off times, so it's advisable to place your order early.

3. Next-Day Delivery:

   • If you prefer to have your flowers delivered the next day, we offer next-day delivery service.

   • Place your order before the cut-off time, and we will ensure it is delivered on the following day.

4. Delivery Areas:

   • We offer delivery within a specified area.

   • Please check our website or contact our customer service to verify if we deliver to your desired location.

5. Delivery Special Instructions:

   • During the ordering process, you can provide special delivery instructions, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or at a specific location.

   • We will do our best to accommodate these instructions, but please note that we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests.

You can also choose to collect your order at our studio or at designated MTR stations, such as To Kwa Wan Station or the station you have specified, based on availability. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
